DEUTZ AG

Our office is located on the 4th Floor of Heritage House, in the B Block on Ramabai Ambedkar Road. It's an interesting building with a bit of history to it, hence the name. DEUTZ AG is well-known for engines, but here in this office, we mostly handle the administrative and support side of things. It’s a lot of paperwork, emails, and phone calls to various parts of the world. The 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually packed with cars and people. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't overly modern; it has a more traditional feel to it, which some of us actually prefer. We have a small pantry where we make tea and talk about things other than work sometimes. It’s a quiet enough place to get things done, though you can still hear the city noise if the windows are open. We deal with a lot of technical queries about engine parts and service. Sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming with all the different part numbers and codes, but we have a good system for tracking everything. We aren't a huge team here, so everyone ends up helping out with everything. If the printer breaks, one of us fixes it. If a customer calls with a difficult question, we huddle together to find the answer. It’s a very grounded way of working. We just try to be helpful and keep the business moving along from our corner of Heritage House.
