Destech Agro Solutions Llp

Our place is called Destech Agro Solutions Llp and we are based in Pune. We are located in the Chikhali area, inside the River Residency complex. It is quite a big residential project at Gat No. 90, right on the Dehu Alandi Road. Our unit is Q-805. Being on the eighth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding city and the road below. The Dehu Alandi Road is always busy with trucks and cars heading out of Pune. We do agro solutions, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how to help out with farming stuff. It’s a modern building, but we keep our office very plain and functional. There aren’t any motivational posters on the walls or anything like that. We just have our computers and our desks. The commute through Chikhali can be a bit of a headache with the road work and the traffic, but that is just part of living in Pune these days. We have neighbors who are families and other small businesses too. It’s a mix of living and working. We usually start early before the heat gets too bad. By the afternoon, the sun hits the windows, but we just pull the blinds and keep working. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and go home at the end of the day like everyone else. The elevators work most of the time.
