Design Maniac

Design Maniac is tucked away on the third floor of Unique Chambers, which is building number 925 on Fergusson College Road. Most people in Pune know FC Road, but it can get pretty crowded. If you’re looking for us, we are near Tukaram Paduka Chowk. We are actually right above the Janta Sahakari Bank, and Dindayal Hospital isn't far off either. Being in Office No 305 means we are a few floors up from the street noise, which is nice. It’s a busy part of town, 411004, so there is always something going on outside. We aren't a massive firm with a lobby and security guards. It’s just our office space where we do our work. We’ve been here for a while and the location works well for us. You have to take the stairs or the lift up to the third floor to find us. It’s a bit of a maze in these old buildings sometimes, but you’ll find the door eventually. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, sit at our desks in Unique Chambers, and get things done. It feels like a real Pune business, right in the heart of everything. We aren't flashy or corporate. We’re just a small team in a third-floor office on a very famous road.
