Design Foundry

If you know the Narayan Peth area in Pune, you probably know where the Modi Ganpati is. Our place, Design Foundry, is right near there at 386 A. It’s an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and always full of life. We like being in this part of town. Our workspace is pretty straightforward. We do design work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at screens and sketches. It’s not a big shiny office. It’s a place where we actually work. Being in Narayan Peth feels right for what we do. There’s a lot of history around us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. People usually hear about us through word of mouth. Sometimes it gets loud outside with the traffic and the temple nearby, but we’re used to it. We keep things simple here. There’s no dress code or corporate rules. We just show up and get the design projects finished. It’s a small operation. We know the neighbors and the tea stall guys. Most of our day is just handling the technical side of design. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Pune. We just want to do decent work from our little corner of the Peth. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but it has character. We hope to stay here for many more years.
