Design Consultants Architects

We are over at Warje Malwadi, right by the Sattadhar Cross Road. Design Consultants Architects is based in a building that’s seen better days, but it has a lot of character. The traffic at the cross road can be pretty loud during rush hour, so we usually keep the windows shut to get any work done. Inside, it’s a different world with all the drawings spread out on every available surface. We have a small crew and we’ve been working together for a long time now. The office is full of old models and rolls of parchment that have turned a bit yellow over the years. Our chairs squeak whenever someone moves, but nobody seems to mind anymore. We spend most of our time debating about dimensions or looking at site photos on the wall. Warje Malwadi is a busy spot and we like being in the middle of it. There’s a bakery nearby that we visit way too often for snacks. Our walls are covered in sketches that never quite made it to the final stage. It’s a bit of a maze with all the filing cabinets everywhere. We don’t have any of those modern glass partitions or fancy gadgets. It’s just us, some good pens, and a lot of patience. If you drop by, you might find us drinking tea and staring at a blank sheet of paper trying to get an idea to land. It’s honest work and we just keep at it.
