We are over here in Dhayari Phata, right near Trimurti Hospital. If you know Sinhgad Road, you know how crowded it gets around here. Our office is inside Yashganga Residency, at Flat 5-D. It is basically the spot where we handle the building projects. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of workers, just a few of us trying to get these houses built properly. Most of our time is spent on-site with the bricks and cement. We only come back to the flat to handle the money side of things and the permits. It gets noisy outside with the buses and cars, but inside it stays relatively quiet. We have done quite a bit of work around Pune over the last few years. Some projects go fast, but others take longer if the weather turns bad or materials are late. Big fancy words aren't really used in our office. We just build things. People usually come to see us because a neighbor or a friend told them to. Usually, there are drawings spread out all over the table and a pot of tea on the stove. It is a simple setup that works for us. Being in this part of town is handy because everything we need is close by. Doing a good job is important so we don't have to fix things later. We just try to get the houses finished and move on.
