Deshmukh Social Foundation

Deshmukh Social Foundation is based out of Pune. We are specifically located at Sr No. 113/1 in the Omsairam Building. It’s right on the main road, so it’s not hard to spot. Our office is Flat No. 8 in Building 2. It’s a regular apartment-style office. We like it because it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate space. Being in Pune, the weather is usually decent, which makes the workday better. We do all our social foundation work from this flat. There’s a lot of coming and going. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times the main road outside is just packed with cars and bikes. We have a small team, and we all sit together in the main room of the flat. There’s usually a pot of tea going. We don’t have any big flashy signs, just a small nameplate so people know they’re in the right place. It’s a comfortable spot to work. We spend our time planning things and talking to folks who come by for help or to discuss projects. The Omsairam building is well-known around here, so we just tell people the flat number and they find us. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t need anything more than this to get our work done. Each day is a bit different, but we stay pretty busy with the foundation’s tasks. It’s a good location for us. We just keep our focus on the work at hand.
