Deshmukh Industries

We are located at J-16 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. If you are looking for us, we are just behind the Masala Weighbridge. Deshmukh Industries has been operating from this unit for quite some time. It is an industrial neighborhood, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. Our floor is usually covered with metal shavings and various machine parts. We don't have a polished front office or any fancy carpets. It is a practical workspace designed for getting things made. The guys on the shop floor have been with us for years and they know the machines inside out. We spend most of our time checking dimensions and making sure the production runs are going smoothly. It can get pretty hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We don't really do much in terms of self-promotion. Most of our work comes from people who know we can handle the technical stuff. Lunch usually happens around a common table where we talk about local news or the work for the afternoon. It is a basic setup, but it works for what we do. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure every part that leaves the gate is up to the standard we expect from ourselves. It is noisy and busy, but we wouldn't have it any other way. That is just how we operate.
