Dellorto India Pvt Ltd is located out at Plot No B-42 in MIDC Phase-2, over in Chakan. This whole area of Tal Khed is basically just factories as far as you can see. It's a busy place with trucks constantly moving in and out of the gates. We’ve got our setup here where we handle the manufacturing side of things. It's not a quiet place. Between the machines running and the industrial fans, you have to raise your voice a bit to be heard. We don't spend our time writing long reports or sitting in meetings. Most of our day is spent on the floor, looking at the technical drawings and making sure the machines are calibrated right. The weather in Chakan can get pretty intense, but the roof over the shop keeps the sun off us. We have a good group of people here who just want to do their job and get things right. We don't have any fancy slogans on the walls. We just have the work that needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment needs to go out, and other times it’s a bit quieter. We aren't looking to be famous, just a reliable part of the supply chain here in Maharashtra. It’s a lot of routine, but we find our own way to make it through the week. The commute can be long, but once we're here, we focus on the metal.
