Della Tecnica Pvt.Ltd. is based out here in Pune. We have been in this city for a while now and most of us grew up around these parts. It’s a decent place to work and the weather stays okay most of the year, though it gets a bit rainy in July. We don’t really have a big corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and get through the daily tasks. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Some days are slower than others. In Pune, you get used to the way things move, and we just try to keep pace with that. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because we are usually busy enough with what we have on our plates. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we are Della Tecnica and we work from Pune. It's simple. Most of our staff have been here a long time, so we all know how the office runs. We share tea in the afternoons and talk about the weekend. It’s just a regular workplace. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just show up, do the work, and head home to our families. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot to finish, but usually, we are out by six. It's just an ordinary business doing its thing.
