Our place is located at Zagade Park in the Mudhwa area of Pune. It is a busy spot in Maharashtra, and we have been set up here for a good while now. Dealing with fertilisers and petrochemicals is what we do every single day. It involves a lot of technical stuff and keeping track of various chemical compounds, which sounds complicated but becomes routine after you have done it for years. The office gets quite busy with people moving around and phones ringing constantly. We handle a lot of logistics because moving these kinds of materials across the state requires a lot of coordination. There is nothing particularly glamorous about the work we do. It is mostly about making sure the supply chain stays moving and that the products get to where they are supposed to be without any delays. The team here knows the industry well, and we just get on with our jobs. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes things difficult, but we manage. We are not into big speeches or fancy presentations. We prefer to just look at the spreadsheets and the delivery schedules. It is a practical environment where everyone knows their role. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we are still here doing the same kind of work we always have. It is just a regular group of people working in a regular office in the Mudhwa area.
