Decon Pvt Ltd

Decon Pvt Ltd is based in Momin Pura, which is in Akola. We have been working out of this location for a good while now. Akola isn't the biggest city, and Momin Pura is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else. Our office is a basic setup, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the major metros. We just have what we need to get our work done. Most of the time, we are busy with the daily tasks that come with running a private limited company. It can get quite hot here in Akola, especially in the summer months, so the office can feel a bit stuffy. We have a few old desks and some chairs for when people come by to talk business. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; we just rely on the work we do. There is a lot of activity in the streets around Momin Pura, with shops and houses all mixed together. We usually take a break in the afternoon when the sun is at its peak. It's a very straightforward way of working. We don't have any fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. It is just a few of us making sure that everything is handled correctly. We appreciate the slow pace of life here compared to the bigger cities. It’s just how we operate every day, and we don't see that changing anytime soon.
