Down in Hadapsar, Pune, you will find us at Sejal Residency. It is right behind the Vaibhav area. D.R. Chaudhari started this because there was a lot of building going on around here and people needed help navigating it all. We don’t have a big corporate office; we just work out of D/55. It’s a local setup where we handle real estate matters for the neighborhood. Pune is growing fast, especially this side of town, so there is always a lot to keep track of. Sometimes the paperwork for these properties gets really messy, and that is mostly what we spend our time sorting out. It is a small team, so if you call, you usually talk to the same person every time. We know the streets around here pretty well. Being tucked away in a residency makes it easier to talk to neighbors and locals without all that formal noise you get in the city center. We deal with houses and land, mostly focused on what is happening right here in our own backyard. It isn't always smooth sailing with the local regulations, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know the ropes.
