You’ll find us at A5/4 in Ganga Village, which is situated on the Hadapsar Handewadi Road. Hadapsar is a really busy area of Pune, and this road gets a lot of traffic at all hours. Our unit is inside the Ganga Village complex, which is a mix of homes and small businesses. It’s a bit of a maze if you haven’t been here before, but it’s a decent place to work from. We have a basic office with some storage space for the power electronics parts we deal with. It’s nothing fancy, just some plain walls and sturdy tables. The noise from the Handewadi Road is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a while. We usually start our day by checking what needs to be shipped out or repaired. There’s a small park nearby where some of the residents walk their dogs, and sometimes we sit there for a few minutes if we need a break from the screens. The weather can get quite humid here, so we’re thankful for the fans. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather just focus on the work itself. Most of our days are spent talking to suppliers or testing equipment. It’s just a normal job in a normal part of the city. We leave the office around six.
