At Davis Langdon And Seah Consulting India Ltd, we operate out of Flat 12 at Sayali Terraces. This is inside the Trinayan Co-Op Housing Society on I.T.I. Road. It is located at Plot 94 in the Anand Park area. It might seem like an unusual spot for a consulting office since it is inside a residential building, but it suits us just fine. We also use Flat No 9 in the same Survey 12 area. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. We do a lot of work related to construction budgets and managing project costs. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets and various project documents. Being in a housing society means it is relatively quiet, though there is always some activity around the park and the roads nearby. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the layout of the place. The address can be a bit confusing with all the different flat numbers, but once you find the main gate, it is easy. We do not really do the whole professional suit-and-tie thing unless we really have to. Most of the time, it is just us and our computers. We deal with a lot of complicated numbers every day.
