Datta Krupa Grinding Tools

Datta Krupa Grinding Tools is our workshop located at Chinchwad Engineering Estate, unit 131. Chinchwad is known for its factories and workshops, and we’ve been part of that scene for a long time. Our daily life involves a lot of metalwork and using various grinding machines. It’s a noisy environment with sparks flying and the constant hum of engines, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We aren't a big retail store with a fancy display. You just come into the workshop at 131 and show us what tools you need worked on. My hands are almost always stained with oil, and the floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the end of the shift. We do a lot of sharpening and custom tool work for other small shops nearby. It’s a technical job that requires a steady hand and a bit of common sense. We don't spend money on advertising or shiny brochures. Most of our customers are other local workers who know we do a decent job for a fair price. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it ourselves, which is just part of the routine. We like the community here at the engineering estate. Everyone is just trying to get their work done and earn a living. We’ve been at this same spot for years and it feels like home.
