Our factory is at plot number 63 in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate. If you drive through the estate, you’ll see plenty of big buildings, but we’ve been in this spot for a long time. It’s a typical industrial setup. There’s the main floor where all the machines are running and a small section for the office staff. It gets quite noisy once the machines start up in the morning. You can hear the hum of the motors from the street. We make various industrial parts here. Most of the day is spent checking the machines or making sure the workers have what they need. We have a lot of steel and raw materials stacked up in the yard. The weather is usually okay, but in the summer, the tin roof makes it very hot inside. We just drink a lot of water and keep going. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our orders come from companies we have worked with for twenty years. They know us and they know where we are. We have a small canteen where everyone sits together during the break. It doesn't matter if you're a manager or a loader, we all eat the same food. It’s a straightforward life. We start early, do the work, and make sure the gates are locked tight before we head home. It's not fancy, but it's what we do. We just focus on the manufacturing and getting things out.
