We are located out here in Marwadi Pura, which is in Tal Chandur Bazar in the Amravati district. It is a bit of a trek from Pune, even though the company name mentions that city specifically. Most days it is just us here handling the property stuff and trying to keep everything organized for people. The office isn't anything fancy or impressive. It's just a regular place where we sit and deal with the paperwork and the locals who walk in. The roads around here can get pretty dusty when the weather is dry, but we are used to that. We have been in this spot for a while now. Some folks ask why we have Pune in the name if we are actually based in Amravati, and it’s just how things ended up when we started. It makes for some long phone calls sometimes. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the records are right and the land details are sorted. You can find us easily enough if you know the Marwadi Pura area. Usually, there is someone here from the morning till the evening, unless we all had to go out for some site work. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It is quiet for the most part, except for the usual street noise. We don't really do the whole big city office thing.
