We are located at Swami, B 37 Block No. 8, in Indiranagar (Lower). Our office is right near the Sai Mandir in Bibwewadi, so we often hear the temple bells from our desks. Being Darode-Jog Builders Pvt.Ltd., we have deep roots in this part of Pune. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a workspace where we manage our construction projects and handle the day-to-day admin. We’ve got stacks of files and a few chairs for visitors. People usually drop in when they are in the neighborhood or after visiting the temple. Bibwewadi is a good place to be based because it's central enough for us to reach our different sites. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant corporation. We are just local builders who know the streets of Pune well. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking in on the crews. Construction can be a messy business, but we like seeing the buildings finally come together. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the regulations and the rain, but we've been doing it long enough to not get too rattled by it. If you're looking for us, just find the Sai Mandir and we're just a short walk from there. We're usually around from morning until the evening, just keeping the projects moving along as they should.
