Darode Jog Builders Pune has been around for quite a bit. Right now, our main spot is at B32 Keshav Hsg Soci in Dhankwadi. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the main city center. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to folks who are interested in moving into one of the projects. Pune is growing so fast that it’s hard to keep up sometimes. We aren’t some massive conglomerate with hundreds of offices; we like being right here in the housing society where we can talk to people face-to-face. Sometimes the office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and site samples, but that’s just how we work. We know the Dhankwadi area like the back of our hand. If you’re looking for us, just ask around the Keshav society. We don’t have a huge marketing team writing stuff for us. It’s just us builders trying to get houses finished on time. The construction business has its ups and downs, especially with the weather and material costs changing all the time. We just take it day by day. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us, which is fine by me. We’ve been in Pune for years and plan on staying put right here. It's a busy life but it is what we know. We just want to build things that last.
