Darekar Real Estate Llp

We have our office, Darekar Real Estate Llp, at Office No 3 in Media Park on B T Kawade Road. The area is Ghorpadi, and the survey number is 66B/2. It is a decent spot in Pune that stays pretty busy throughout the day. Our office is on the smaller side, but it is enough for the few of us who work here. We have a couple of desks and some filing cabinets where we keep all the records for the lands and houses we deal with. B T Kawade Road is a well-known stretch, so it is easy for people to find us. We spend a lot of time on the road ourselves, visiting different properties or meeting with people who want to buy or sell. The office can get a bit messy with all the blueprints and legal documents lying around, but we manage. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just us doing the local legwork. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some contracts or to wait for a client who is stuck in traffic. It is just a normal part of the real estate life in Pune. We like being in Media Park because it is a familiar place for many people. Our goal is just to keep the business running smoothly and stay honest about what is happening in the local market. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets tiring, but we keep going even when the monsoon rain makes the roads difficult.
