Our main place is on the Mumbai-Pune Road in Dapodi. People in Pune have known this location for ages. It’s a big site, and we’ve been here long enough that the buildings show their age a little bit, but that’s just character. We do a lot of industrial work here, mostly related to engineering and tools. It’s a busy spot with people coming in for shifts at all hours. The traffic on the main road out front is almost always moving, except for the rush hours when it gets completely stuck. We have a lot of history at this address in Maharashtra. Inside, it’s a mix of workshop spaces and offices where the planning happens. It’s not one of those modern tech offices with bean bags; it’s a place where real manufacturing and engineering take place. We have a lot of people working here, some who have been with us for thirty years. They are the ones who really know how the machines work. Sometimes things are a bit unorganized when a big shipment arrives, but we sort it out eventually. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or big presentations. We just focus on the technical side of things and making sure the parts we produce are what they should be. It’s a solid, old-school way of running a business, and it works for us. People come and go, but the work stays pretty much the same day to day. We just stay focused.
