Damle-Gandhe Assoicate

This is our other location for Damle-Gandhe Assoicate, over in the Kothrud area of Pune. It is a different vibe than the Karve Nagar office, mostly because Kothrud is so bustling these days. We have been around this part of the city for a while, seeing it grow up around us. The office here handles a lot of the same associate work we do elsewhere, but it caters to the folks on this side of town. It is just a simple setup. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of paper. People around here know us as a place where they can get straightforward answers without a bunch of corporate talk. We are not interested in looking polished. We just want to get the job done for whoever walks through the door. Kothrud is a busy place, so there is always something happening outside. Sometimes it is hard to find parking, but we make do. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know the local regulations and how things work in Pune. It is a practical, everyday sort of business. We do not have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. That is how we like to run things—honest and simple. We just keep our heads down and handle the work that comes in.
