We are Damle&Gandhe Associated, tucked away behind the United Western Sabhagruh in the Karve Nagar area of Pune. Specifically, we are at 43/13A Navashayadri. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We have been here for quite some time now. Most people who come to see us are looking for professional help with their projects or technical advice. We are just a group of associates who have worked together for years. The office is filled with files and old drawings. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We do not go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or because they live in the neighborhood. Pune has changed a lot since we started, but Karve Nagar still has that familiar feel to it. We spend our days mostly at our desks or meeting with clients who drop in for a chat about their needs. There is usually some tea going around and a lot of discussion about how to get things done right. We are not a big corporation, just a local partnership doing the work we know how to do. It is a steady pace here, and we like it that way. No drama, just practical work every day for the people who need us.
