Damac Properties Dubai is located at Ra Jlaxmi Banglow, Plot No. 34. We are in the Government Colony area of Vishrambag in Sangli. It’s right near the Hanuman Mandir, which is the best landmark to use if you are trying to find us. It’s quite a contrast to have "Dubai" in the name while being based in a bungalow in Sangli, but it works for us. The office is basically a converted residential space, so it has a very lived-in feel. There is a small garden out front and the temple is just a short walk away. We handle property matters and real estate inquiries from here. It’s a very local operation. We know most of the people who walk past our gate. Sangli is a quiet place compared to the big metros, and Vishrambag is one of the nicer parts of it. We don't have any neon signs or glass facades. It’s just a regular gate with a small board. Inside, the atmosphere is quiet and we just get on with our work. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words to describe what we do. We just help people with property questions and keep our records updated. It’s a peaceful spot to work. Sometimes you can hear the bells from the temple during the day. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We just take things one day at a time in this quiet corner of Sangli.
