Out in Chikhali, specifically in Sector 15A, you will find our place. Pimpri is a big industrial hub, and we are right in the thick of it. This isn't a place with marble floors or fancy glass walls. It is a functional building meant for actual work. We have been operating here for a long time, and the staff knows the layout by heart. Most of the guys on the floor have been doing this for years. They know the sounds the machines make and when something isn't right. It gets pretty loud during the day, so you have to speak up if you want to be heard over the noise. We have a small area where we keep our files and take care of the office side of things, but most of the action happens in the main workspace. The roads around here can get pretty rough with all the heavy trucks, especially during the monsoon season when the potholes show up. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. Lunchtime is usually when things quiet down for an hour, and everyone sits together to eat. It is a straightforward environment. We don't have any big slogans on the walls or anything like that. We are just a bunch of people in Pimpri doing our jobs and making sure everything leaves here in good shape. It is a lot of hard work, but we are used to the pace by now. We usually finish up around six in the evening.
