Being on Poud Road means we are in a very accessible part of the city, though the traffic can be quite something during peak hours. D S Kulkarni Developers Ltd. operates out of this space, and it’s where we handle the majority of our office work. It’s a regular apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It feels more like a home than an office, which we actually prefer. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We are just a team of people who know how to put buildings together. Most of our time is spent coordinating with contractors and making sure the sites have what they need. We don't have a lot of polished marketing materials. We just rely on the work we do. There are always challenges in the development business, from fluctuating material costs to labor shortages. We just handle them as they come up. We don’t make any big promises or use fancy language.
