D M Power Tools is located in Dhankavadi, specifically at S No 22/44 in the Raj Co Op Hsg Soc in Balaji Nagar. It is more of a residential area than a big industrial park, which makes it a bit quieter for us. We handle all sorts of power tools here. Whether it is a drill that stopped working or someone looking for a specific saw, they usually come to see us. The shop is small and filled with boxes and tools everywhere you look. It is not the kind of place where everything is neatly displayed on glass shelves. We prefer it that way. It feels more like a workshop. Most of our customers are local handymen or people doing repairs on their own homes in Balaji Nagar. We have been here for a good while and have gotten to know the people in the society. We do repairs as well as selling tools. Sometimes we can't fix something right away because we have to wait for a part to arrive. We just tell people how it is. We don't make big promises. We just do the work. It is a small business and we enjoy being part of the community here.
