D B Realty Ltd. (Dynamix Balwas Group) has its office in Pune, over in the Erandwane area. We are located at Shubh Ashirwad, specifically in Flat No. 18. It’s a bit different because we are in a residential-style building rather than a big glass skyscraper. Patwardhan Baug is a nice, quiet part of town, which makes it a decent place to work from. Real estate matters around this region are what we focus on. Much of the day is spent looking at maps, dealing with surveyors, or talking to people about land. It isn’t always easy work, as paperwork in this business can get very complicated very fast. A small team handles everything here in Pune. We know the local survey numbers and the layout of Erandwane pretty well because we’ve been here for a while. You won't find a bunch of receptionists or a fancy lounge here. Desks, computers, and a lot of files are what fill the space. People usually come to see us when they have specific questions about property or the projects we are involved with. We try to give them straight answers without a lot of fluff. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the blueprints and documents lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical office for practical work. Showing up every morning and getting through the pile of tasks on our desks is the main goal.
