We run Cypresshr Solution Private Limited out of Row House No 4 in Prithvi Park. It’s located on Nibm Road in the Kondhwa Khurdh area. Working from a row house is a bit different than a big glass building, and we actually prefer it that way. It feels more like a home than a stiff office. We deal with HR stuff, helping companies find people or manage their staff. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The neighborhood is nice, and we usually see the same people walking their dogs or going to the shops nearby. We don't have a polished corporate image because that’s just not who we are. We are just a few folks who understand how hard it can be to find the right person for a job. We listen to what people need and then we go look for it. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking through resumes. There aren't any big secrets to what we do, just persistence and being honest with the people we talk to. Nibm Road is a busy place, but once you get inside Prithvi Park, it’s a bit calmer. We’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down, just plugging away at our desks.
