We've been at 27/281/1 Pirangoot on J M Road for a while now. The workshop stays busy most days with people coming in and out. Usually, there is a lot of noise from the assembly floor, but that's just how it is when you’re building stuff. Some of us have worked here for years and we know the commute from the city can be a bit much during peak hours, but once you get inside the gate, it's all about the machines. We deal with a lot of technical designs and trying to figure out how to make things move better. It’s not always easy, and sometimes a project takes longer than we thought it would because a part didn’t show up or something needed a rethink. We have some decent space here, though it gets crowded when several big units are being tested at once. It’s mostly engineering talk around the tea break area. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing; it's more about getting the job done and making sure the equipment works before it goes out the door. The J M Road area has changed a lot, but our spot stays pretty much the same, filled with wires, metal, and people trying to solve mechanical puzzles. It’s just a regular group of folks working hard to keep things moving. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or big meetings.
