Cybernetik Technologies Pvt Ltd is based out in Urawade, right on the road that heads toward Lavasa. We are situated at number 365, which is pretty much directly across from the Indo German Technology Park. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but the area is quiet enough for us to focus on what we’re doing. The building isn't anything you’d see in a magazine, just a functional space where the engineers and the rest of the crew spend their hours. We have a lot of equipment around and people are usually busy in the back or on their computers. Being near the tech park helps people find us, even if the road gets a little dusty sometimes. Most of us have been working here for a good while now. We don't really do the whole fancy office culture thing. It's more about getting the projects finished and making sure the machines are running right. There's always something to fix or a new plan to look over on the tables. The commute can be long for some of the guys, but we’ve gotten used to the route over time. It’s a practical setup for the type of work we handle every day. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the technical stuff. No big speeches or anything, just a regular day at the shop where we try to get things right.
