Crystalweb.in is situated on the 5th floor of Lloyds Chambers. We are right in Mangalwar Peth in Pune. The building is easy to spot because it’s right beside Ambedkar Bhavan and very close to the station. Being near the station is actually really handy for those of us who commute by train. The area stays busy all day long. Our office is just a regular workplace. We have a few rooms where we sit and handle our web work. It’s not a place with fancy furniture or a big lounge. We mostly just focus on what’s on our monitors. Since we are on the 5th floor, we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of people and rickshaws. We have a small pantry where we make tea. It’s a simple setup. We’ve been at Lloyds Chambers for a good while now. We know the other folks in the building. It’s a mix of different small businesses around here. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home. There isn't any grand philosophy behind it. We just enjoy the work and the fact that we have a decent place to do it. It’s practical and it works for us. Pune is a great city for this kind of thing, and being in a central spot like Mangalwar Peth keeps us connected to everything. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
