If you're driving down the Pune Bangalore Highway, you'll find us at Plot 6, near Village Value. We're right by the private school, which is a good landmark if you get lost looking for Gate 787. Cristal Pharma is based out here in the Tal Bhor area, away from the main city noise. It’s a bit of a trek to get here every morning, but we like having the extra space for our equipment. We manufacture pharmaceutical products, so the facility has to be kept a certain way. Our days involve a lot of gowning up and working in clean areas where we can't have any dust. It’s not the kind of job where you sit around at a desk much. We have a small team from the local villages nearby, and we’ve become a bit of a community over the years. The highway is always humming in the background with trucks and cars. We don't put out fancy brochures or have a big sign with bright lights. Most of our energy goes into the production line and making sure the quality is where it should be before anything leaves the gate. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the road a bit messy, but that’s just part of rural life. We keep to ourselves and focus on the medicine. It’s honest work, even if it’s tucked away in a quiet corner of the district. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our faces well.
