Our place, Creative Components Pvt. Ltd., is located in the M.I.D.C. area in Bhosari, at S-31. If you’ve ever been to Bhosari, you know it’s all industrial sheds and heavy trucks. It’s loud and busy all the time. We’ve got our setup here where we handle the component work. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, with all the metal bits and oil around, but it’s where we get things made. The tea stall around the corner is where most of us end up during breaks. We’ve been running things from this unit for quite some time. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the machines are running like they should. We don’t really have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just do the work. The mornings start early here before it gets too hot. By noon, the shed gets pretty warm, but we’re used to it. We have a few long-term workers who have seen the area change over the years. We keep our tools close and our heads down. It’s a straightforward operation. Not much to look at from the outside, just another gate in the M.I.D.C., but inside there is always something being built or packed. We just try to stay on top of the orders and keep the machinery in good shape. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it a long time and know the drills.
