We are based in the Bibwewadi area of Pune, down in Lower Indiranagar at B 21/07. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't familiar with the lanes around here. We spend our time dealing with refrigeration units. As you can imagine, our workshop is usually full of cooling coils, compressors, and old fridges that need looking at. It is a noisy job sometimes, especially when we are testing the motors. The floor is usually a bit greasy, and there are tools scattered on the workbenches. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, probably covered in a bit of grime. Pune can get quite warm, so it’s ironic that we spend all day around cooling machines while we are sweating. We have a few regular customers from the neighborhood who bring their stuff in. We also go out to fix bigger units at shops and restaurants. It is a straightforward business. We fix things that are broken and try to make them last a bit longer. There’s no big secret to what we do. We have been in this part of Bibwewadi for a long time, and we know most of the people on this street. It’s a community, and we just fit into it. We keep a radio playing in the background most of the time, usually some old songs that everyone knows.
