Cosmic Couriers

Down in Chinchwad on the 2nd Main of HMT Layout in Nelagaderanahalli is where Cosmic Couriers is based. It is a place that never really seems to stop moving because there are always packages coming in and going out. We have bikes parked outside and bags piled up inside near the door. The main thing we do is sort through labels and make sure everything is headed in the right direction. It’s a lot of physical work and our backs sometimes hurt at the end of a long shift. The office itself is pretty basic with just a few tables for sorting and a computer for the tracking. We don't have any fancy signs or decorations because we are too busy to look at them anyway. The HMT Layout is a decent area but it gets very busy during the peak hours which makes the deliveries a bit harder to manage. We have a small team and we all just pitch in where it is needed whether that is answering the phone or helping load up a vehicle. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult like when the heavy rains start and we have to make sure everything stays dry. It’s not a glamorous job but it keeps us busy and we like the feeling of finishing the day with an empty sorting floor. That is how we spend our time every single day.
