Copper Lifts & Elevators

Sadashiv Peth is where we are based, specifically at 3A. It is one of those old parts of the city with narrow lanes, so getting our service vans through can be a bit of a challenge. Copper Lifts & Elevators is what we do. It’s a technical job. We spend a lot of time in elevator shafts or on top of lift cars. It’s greasy and sometimes very cramped. Our office in Sadashiv Peth is where we keep the spare parts and the maintenance schedules. We get calls at all hours because nobody likes being stuck or having to climb ten flights of stairs. It is mostly about keeping things running smoothly. We have a small team of technicians who know their way around the motors and the wiring. It’s not a glamorous job. You end up with oil on your shirt and dust in your hair. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished pitch. We just know how to fix lifts. People in the neighborhood know us. We’ve been working on the elevators in these buildings for years. It is a lot of routine checks and occasional emergencies. We just take it one call at a time and try to make sure everything is safe. It’s practical, everyday work for us and we just keep at it. We aren't trying to be fancy, just making sure the lifts go up and down like they are supposed to without any major issues for the residents.
