Conuco Machines (India) Pvt Ltd is located in the Empire Shop Arcade. We are at number 2 in Karve Nagar, right near the Shaliesh Housing Society. It’s a bit of a different setup because we are so close to where people actually live. You can hear kids playing or people grocery shopping while we are working inside. Our space isn't huge, but it fits everything we need. We’ve got the desks and the equipment crammed in pretty tight. It feels a bit like a home office that grew too big for its own good. There is always a stack of files on the corner desk and some parts waiting on the floor. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day. The light from the front windows is good in the morning. Sometimes neighbors pop their heads in just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we do, you just look at the benches where the work happens. The arcade is usually quite busy on the weekends, but we mostly stick to our weekday routine. It’s a steady pace here. We aren't rushing around like crazy, but we don't sit idle either. It’s just a small team of us handling the daily tasks. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We’ve got our rhythm down and we just stick to it as best as we can.
