Our place for Constroworld Realty Llp is Shop Number 9 on the ground floor of Jewel Square in Koregaon Park. It is a pretty well-known building in the area. We handle real estate work, which mostly means we help people find flats or office spaces around here. Koregaon Park is a lively neighborhood, so there is always something happening. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a small team of people who like working in this part of town. Our office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we need. We don't have any polished mission statements or fancy slogans. We just get on with the job of tracking who is selling and who is buying. Most of our day is spent meeting people or driving around to look at properties. We try to be honest about the places we show. If a kitchen is too small or the parking is a nightmare, we will say so. We think it’s better for everyone if we just keep things simple. The shop gets a bit busy in the afternoons with people dropping by to ask about the market. We usually have the fan going and some music playing in the background while we work on our files. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of business. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the neighborhood inside out, which helps when people ask for advice.
