Concur Designs Pvt Ltd (Architects & Interior Designer)

Our office is up on the sixth floor of the East Court building, right by Phoenix Market City Mall in Viman Nagar. Being in B-604 gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, though we spend most of our time looking at blueprints and screen monitors. It is a busy spot because of the mall, so there is always music or people talking downstairs. We are Concur Designs, and we work on architecture and interiors. The office is often a mess of material samples, fabric swatches, and piles of paper. We aren't the type of people who keep everything perfectly tidy. It’s a working office, after all. We get a lot of people stopping by because they were already at the mall for shopping. Viman Nagar is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up with it as best as we can. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. We just sit down, have a coffee, and talk about what needs to be built or fixed in a project. Most of our day is spent coordinating with contractors or drawing up new ideas on our computers. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we enjoy the actual process of making things. We’ve been at this address for some time and we like the convenience of being in such a central location near the shops. It is just our daily grind, nothing more.
