Concrete Engineers

Concrete Engineers is based in Shivaji Nagar, over at Thube Park. We are in Flat Number 4 of the Tupe Residency building, which is on Plot Number 11. It’s quite close to Sancheti Hospital, which is a big landmark around here. Shivaji Nagar is a nice part of Pune, a bit more residential in some spots but still very central. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace for our engineering projects. It feels more like a home than a stiff office, which we actually prefer. We have our computers set up and plenty of space for all the technical drawings we have to deal with. Being in a residential building makes it easy for people to just pop in and chat. We spend a lot of time calculating things and looking at site plans for concrete work. It can get a bit messy with all the paperwork, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. The area around Tupe Residency is usually quiet enough to get some real work done. We like the neighborhood because it’s easy to get to from different parts of Pune. There isn't any fancy signage, just our name on the door like everyone else in the building. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping things simple and honest. If you are near Sancheti Hospital, we are just a short walk away from there in Thube Park. It’s a good place for an engineering firm.
