Complete Solution

We have our office at 301 Matoshree Hirabai Building on the Baner Pashan Link Road in Pune. It’s a good location, right behind Sementec Software and just across from the Mahabaleshwar Hotel. We’ve seen this whole Baner area change so much since we first moved in. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s full of energy and new buildings. We call ourselves Complete Solution because we try to take on a bit of everything when it comes to helping people out. Our office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s just a practical space with some desks, old filing cabinets, and a lot of notebooks. We don't have a receptionist, so when the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through documents. It’s not very glamorous, but it’s honest work. We like the fact that we can just walk over to the hotel across the street for a quick meal if we’re having a long day. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just handle each situation as it comes and try to be helpful. It’s a small, local operation, and we like it that way. We know our neighbors and we know our regulars, and that’s enough for us to keep going. The walk from the main road is short, but it's enough to clear your head after a long meeting.
