Compax Industrial Systems Private Limited is situated at S 112/10 in the MIDC area. If you have ever been to MIDC, you know it is all factories and industrial units. Our place is just like the others around here. We have a shop floor where we put together industrial systems. It is noisy sometimes because of the tools and the machines running nearby. We do not have a big fancy office; it is mostly just the workspace and a small area where we keep the records and handle the mail. We have been operating out of this unit for a good while. The air is always a bit metallic smelling, which is normal for this part of town. We have a team that knows how to handle the heavy components and the wiring. It is not a clean-room environment, just a real place where things get built. We have our tea breaks out front near the gate. Most of the guys have been here since we opened. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Most people know us because we have been in MIDC for so long. We just focus on getting the systems ready and shipped out to whoever ordered them. It is hard work and the days are long, but that is just how industrial life is. We keep the lights on and keep working until the job is done for the day.
