We operate out of the Emerald Building in Raheja Arcade, which is right in the 7th Block of Koregaon Park. If you’re looking for us, we are right next to the Hotel Silk Route. Columbia Estates handles a lot of property management and real estate work around this area. Koregaon Park is a busy place with lots of flats and commercial spaces, so there is always something to do. We spend our time looking after buildings, talking to tenants, and helping people find places to stay or set up their offices. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for the files and a couple of desks where we take calls. We don't do the big sales pitches you might see from the huge agencies. We just know the local streets and the buildings here very well. Sometimes we’re out all day showing people around or checking on repairs that need to be done. It can be a bit tiring dealing with all the paperwork and the different personalities of owners and renters. But it's good work. We’ve built up a decent reputation just by being around and answering the phone when people call. The Emerald Building is a nice spot to work from, and it’s easy for our clients to drop in. We just keep things moving and try to make sure the properties we manage stay in good shape. It’s a practical, everyday business for us.
