Cobuy Property Management Llp

We are over here at Amar Neptune in Baner, specifically on the fourth floor in room 401. It’s a busy spot in Pune and the traffic outside can get pretty loud during the day but we are used to it by now. Cobuy Property Management Llp is just a small group of us working out of this office. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready and checking on different properties around the city. The building itself is easy to find if you know the Baner area well. Sometimes the elevator takes a while so some of us just take the stairs to get some exercise in. It’s not a fancy setup or anything, just a regular workplace with desks and computers and a lot of paperwork piled up. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while and have seen how much the neighborhood has changed with all the new shops and cafes opening up nearby. Usually, we grab lunch from one of the local places down the street. It’s a lot of coordination every day to make sure everything is running okay with the buildings we look after. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that, we just stay busy with the work that comes in. Most people who come by are local owners or folks looking for help with their flats. It stays pretty quiet in the afternoons until the evening rush starts again outside on the main road.
