Our office is tucked away at 13 Graficon Arcade, right by Pune Station. If you know that area, you know how busy and loud it gets with all the trains and people rushing around. We are directly across from Jahangir Hospital, which helps people find us when they are looking for a car or a ticket out of the city. It isn't a fancy place with marble floors or anything. It is just a small room with a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We have been here for a good while now. Most mornings start with clearing off the dust that blows in from the main road and checking the phone for messages left overnight. We don't have a marketing team or a big social media presence. Most of our work comes from people walking in because they saw the sign or someone told them we were here. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we sort out bookings. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to do everything on paper, which is a bit of a headache but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world here. We just want to make sure the car shows up on time and the ticket is correct. It is a simple business run by people who know the roads around Pune pretty well.
