Chopra Kakde Realty Llp operates out of Shop No 27 and 28 in the Radha Krushna Complex. You can find us right at Tirupati Chowk in Sector No 1, which is in the Indrayan Nagar area of Bhosari. Being in a shop on the ground floor means we see a lot of what goes on in the street. There is always someone walking by or a bike zooming past the chowk. We have combined the two shops to give us enough room for our files and a couple of desks. It is not a corporate setup by any means. It’s just a place where we sit and talk about real estate. Bhosari has its own unique vibe, mostly industrial and residential mixed together, and our office reflects that. We deal with a lot of people from the nearby sectors. The walls are a bit plain, and we usually have the door open to let some air in unless it’s too dusty outside. We don’t have fancy marketing brochures lying around. Most of what we do is just talking to people face to face. We keep track of who is looking for a house and who wants to sell theirs. It’s basic work, and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for a while. The complex is easy to spot once you get to the chowk. We’re just local guys working in the realty business. We spend our days here talking to the neighbors.
