Thermkraft

Thermkraft operates out of a flat in Mahavir Apartments 4, over in the Bijlee Nagar area of Chinchwad. It is not your typical factory setup since we are based in a residential building, but we have made it work for a few years now. Most of our time is spent out at customer sites anyway, so having a huge warehouse does not make much sense for us right now. We handle things related to heating and thermal work. It is mostly technical stuff that requires a lot of measuring and double-checking. My wife handles the phone calls from the kitchen table while I am out on the road. It is a small operation, just a couple of us doing the actual installs. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we are moving heavy boxes through the hallway too early in the morning, so we try to be quiet. We do not have a fancy showroom where you can look at products. Usually, I just bring samples to people's houses or businesses and show them there. It is a bit informal, but it keeps our costs down, which is good for everyone. We do not have a big logo on the door or anything. If you come looking for us at Flat No. 2, just knock. We might be out on a job, but we usually check the messages when we get back in the evening. It is just a simple way of running a business without all the extra overhead.
