Our shop is tucked away in Mohan Nagar, right here in Chinchwad. Sai India Label has been operating from this same spot for a good while. It's mostly just the sound of the machines running all day long. When you walk in, you’ll likely see stacks of paper and rolls everywhere. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is kept. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room, so if you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us working the press. The air usually smells a bit like ink and glue, which is something you get used to after the first week. We handle a lot of different small jobs for people in the area. Chinchwad is a busy place, and there’s always someone needing something printed or labeled. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. Sometimes the power goes out in Mohan Nagar, and we just have to sit and wait it out, which is frustrating but that’s life here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the work on our table and go home to our families. It’s a simple life running a label business. We’ve got a few old machines that still work better than the new ones we tried once. We keep a small calendar on the wall to track the deadlines and stay on top of the pile.
